CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small business, I rely on my 36 hour cancellation policy. If you are having any cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment within my policy timeframe. I understand life happens, and I have created this policy with this in mind while supporting my livelihood and small business. When you forgot to cancel your appointment without proper notice I missed the opportunity to fill in the appointment time with clients on my waiting list. Since the service is our reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 36 hours notice of a cancellation or a “no-show” will be charged 50% of the reserve service amount. All clients that show up 15 minutes or later after their appointment time will be considered a “no-show”.
